As the Executive Director of Bodyworx Helping Hands Project, Inc., she leads the nonprofit with a mission to provide free, high-quality medical assessments to veterans seeking to secure their rightful benefits. Her work ensures that those who served our country receive the support they need to thrive in civilian life.

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Dr. Hawkins Flowers brings over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience to her role. She founded Bodyworx Physical Therapy in 2013 and, alongside her brother, expanded the practice into multiple locations, blending cutting-edge care with a patient-first philosophy. Her dual experience in for-profit healthcare and nonprofit service makes her uniquely equipped to guide Helping Hands with both heart and strategy.
Dr. Hawkins Flowers’ leadership is nationally recognized—she’s been honored by Marquis Who’s Who in America, Continental Who’s Who, and received the GHP Award for Most Comprehensive Physiotherapy Clinic. A graduate of the SBA THRIVE program, she is also a board member of the American Red Cross and an active member of the OKC Black Chamber of Commerce.
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Langston University, a Master’s in Health Administration, and a Bachelor’s from Xavier University, Dr. Hawkins Flowers pairs academic rigor with lived compassion. She’s a proud mother of two, an advocate for community wellness, and a mentor to aspiring healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs.
Dr. Hawkins Flowers believes in serving with both excellence and empathy—and through Bodyworx Helping Hands Project, she is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of veterans and their families.
Robyn Carter, PT, DPT, Cert DN
Dr. Robyn Carter was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma but found her home in the Oklahoma City metro area after attending the University of Oklahoma and graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Health & Exercise Science in 2012.

She served in the US Army Reserves until 2017 and graduated from Langston University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2018. Dr. Robyn is certified in dry needling and is interested in becoming a certified orthopedic specialist. She enjoys being outdoors, socializing with her friends, serving homeless families, and being active with her daughter. She believes that each patient she encounters has the ability to reach their goals and that it is her job to help them succeed.


Raven Gaddis, PT, DPT, PES, Cert DN
Assistant Clinical Manager
Raven was raised in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She then attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University where she spent four years playing basketball and earned her Bachelors of Exercise Science in 2017.

She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020 from the University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center. Raven enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic conditions and has a special interest in injury prevention and return to sport rehab. Dr. Raven is certified in dry needling and is interested in becoming a certified sports specialist. In her spare time, Raven enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family and friends, and helping the OKC community through volunteering.

Dulcia Combs-Richardson, PTA
Dulcia is a licensed practicing Physical Therapist Assistant since 2011. A graduate of Oklahoma City Community College receiving her double Associate’s degree; one in General Science; the other in Applied Sciences, directly related to her profession.

She is currently completing her Bachelor’s of Science Post PTA, and aims to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dulcia has experience in outpatient rehab, acute care, post-acute care, long term rehab care, amputation rehabilitation pre and post prosthetics, manual therapy, aquatic therapy, stroke rehab and strength training. Dulcia has a passion for Physical Therapy and helping people reach their goals to return to their best level of function for everyday living. She is constantly learning new ways to assist with rehabilitation goals by taking Continuing Education courses, which added Kinesio taping, cupping, and Instrument assist soft tissue mobility to her rehab skills. When asked if she likes what she does, her response is always an emphatic, “I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!” Dulcia’s family includes her husband, 4 sons, (3 adult, and 1 high school senior who earned a football scholarship to further his academic career), and plenty of super cute grandchildren. She resides in Oklahoma City with her husband and youngest son. Dulcia enjoys watching various sports with her favorite being football and basketball. Her pastimes consist of fitness, dancing, and eating delicious food as well as watching movies and binge-watching TV shows with her family.
